Description:

Electric and gas salamanders

Infrared cooking enables to defrost, to brown, to glaze, to gratinate, to roast your toasts, gratins, pizzas, onion soups... without any preheating. The free space of the top enables to use trays of any dimensions.
Movable salamanders
The movable top is adjustable in height with much precision and without effort according to the cooking wanted. 2 separate cooking areas for an economic use suited to your needs, 1/2 or full power. Inside movable tray.
SEM 60: electric model, infrared radiation of the 4 quartz tubes (1050°C).
SGM 60: gas model, infrared radiation of the 2 radiants, safety device, NG, LPG.
Optional: wall-mounting frame for SEM 60, SGM 60. Armoured heating elements for SEM 60.
