V600 MAXI
Compact in size, the powerful single tank Maxi fryer makes light work of any frying situation. It is specified by many of the larger department stores, brewery chains and leisure outlets due to the high volumes of product that it can cook. With 22.5kW of power the Maxi can regain its pre-set temperature very quickly. The temperature is controlled via an accurate patented dialogue thermostat. A simple light indication system helps to increase production rates during busy periods. The cleaning has been made easy, simply switch the power off, allow the oil to cool, open the safety drain valve and drain the oil into the oil bucket. Raise the three heating elements clear of the pan and wipe clean. Various optional extras are available to suit the requirements of these larger outlets, such as an integral oil filtration system that can assist with the oil cleaning process. Basket lifts to help the operator ensure that the products being cooked are of a consistent quality. Due to its pan size, the Maxi is particularly suited to frying large pieces of battered fish, with the addition of a fishplate and batter tray this task is made easy. The fryer has in-built rear roller castors fitted, but can have optional larger braked roller castors fitted on request. A power supply cable, oil drain bucket, bucket filter, baskets and lid are supplied as standard.
