Description:

An excellent machine for the small catering establishment which does not justify an expensive gravity feed machine. This is a small but powerful, well-priced machine. Fitted with serrated knife, requiring no sharpening.

Product Features:

* A one piece stainless steel base for easier cleaning.

* A special on/off switch. The machine only runs when the safety switch is activated by thumb pressure on the switch plate. When removing the pressure the blade stops automatically, so that the switch can never be left in the 'on' position whether or not there is power to the machine.

* An adjusting knob which allows precise cutting thickness to be obtained.

* A large finger guard permanently fitted to the meat table to prevent the operator's hand reaching the knife.

* A stainless steel serrated gear driven knife requiring no sharpening.
