Description:

This single compact sized grill, incorporating cast iron ribbed plates, is
suitable for cooking both fresh and frozen foods direct from the fridge
or freezer. The ribbed plates give an authentic tantalizing grilled appeal
to any food.

A panini grill, like a contact grill, achieves its results by cooking food between two heated surfaces. This method has many benefits including the speed of cooking.

Panini grills differ from contact grills only in the style of the cooking surface. Whilst contact grills generally have flat plates, panini grills usually have at least one ribbed plate. This ribbing gives the cooked paninis their characteristic striped appearance
