The Parry Paragon pasta cookers have stainless steel tanks with built in drain taps located to the front of each unit. The single tank double basket boiler is suitable for use in small establishments where the double tank model offers the same benefits with twice the capacity, it has independently controlled tanks both having two baskets giving the utmost flexibility as well as output.
