The Falcon E1838 Twin Basket Electric Fryer is a heavy duty electric twin basket fryer with stainless steel hob and mild steel pan.
Thermostatically controlled tubular elements can be adjusted in a range of 140°C to 190°C to suit whatever is being fried.
It has an hour chip capacity of 54kgs, providing good performance and output for the price.
