Gas Combi Steamers

A gas combi steamer uses steam and convection, or a combination of both, to deliver fast cooking results in a variety of different ways. Food is fresh, full of flavour and prepared in the fraction of the time it would take using a conventional oven.

Combination cooking allows the user to steam, boil, bake, poach, fry and gill at the same time, all in one unit. This cooking style is designed to meet the requirements of high-volume cooking and, because it reduces the need for cooking equipment, it is also ideal for smaller kitchens.

Gas combi steamers are available in different sizes with various capacities to suit all kinds of establishment, from small, independent caterers to large-scale outlets. Even smaller models have the ability to produce hundreds of meals per hour.

Lincat’s range of Opus Combi Steamers incorporates the latest technology to offer exceptional performance and ease of use. The gas models have five cooking modes ‒ combination, dry heat, finishing, moist heat and vario-steam ‒ and feature a precise core temperature probe. The finishing process will ensure food is heated to perfection and ready to serve, and there is an automatic cleaning and de-scaling program.
