The Italforni Fast 50 Twin Deck Electric Pizza Oven is a compact unit ideal for placement on a worktop in places such as snack bars, convenience stores and other establishments.
The cooking chamber of the FAST oven is in aluminium coated steel plate with refractory baking floor and high performance electric heating elements.

- Twin deck oven with refractory brick oven base - will take 4 x 250mm pizza's per deck
- Oven dimensions - 500w x 510d x 150h.
- One or both oven decks can be used
- Fitted with 3 adjustable thermostats controlling 3 heating elements
- Thermostatically controlled upto a temperature of 450'C
