Hello Mr Uddin, I am sorry to hear of your experience with our couriers, I have reviewed your order and you are correct there was an issue with dispatching the microwave from the warehouse, which is a very rare occurrence. We then asked for the delivery to be re-booked ASAP to include a Saturday delivery but we were unable to make contact with yourself, as were the courier company, which resulted in the delay in delivery. The microwave was delivered as soon as the courier was able to make contact with you but obviously delayed compared to the original timescale so I can only apologise for the delay and would be happy to offer you a discount or upgrade as a means to an apology, please contact us at Alexanders to see if we can resolve the situation.
