The compact Blizzard BSP2 saladette comes with a polypropylene cutting board already installed. The unit’s interior and exterior are made out of durable and easy-clean, high grade AISI 304 stainless steel. Rounded internal corners, easily removable condenser filter and adjustable feet, help to make cleaning a quick and easy task.
