Single basket fryers are ideal for kitchens where space is at a premium. The typical dimensions of this type of fryer are approximately W300m x D770mm x H890mm, allowing them to fit neatly into most catering premises. The capacities vary slightly according to model number but are usually around 12 to 15 litres. As a guideline, single fryers will allow you to prepare between 16kg and 20kg of chips every hour.
