The fryer benefits from an open design with an integrated cool zone, helping to extend the lifespan of the oil - reducing running costs. Simple temperature controls provide easy yet precision operation, whilst the strong stainless steel design ensures everyday durabilty and easy cleaning. And when it's time to change the oil, the built-in drain valve with removable drain extension makes the process fast and easy.
