The Buffalo DY998 Bistro Double Contact Grill lets you take complete control over your grilling, providing independently controlled cooking plates to allow for the flexibility to cook two different dishes at different temperatures simultaneously.
The heavy duty top plates are counter balanced and mounted to maximise contact between the plate and the food, helping to speed up the cooking process while the built-in drip tray reduces the amount of fat on the plate, ideal for ensuring food is tasty and healthier than pan frying.
