This Chefsrange DF10L-2 is a Slimline twin tank fryer that will go onto 2 x 26amp 230v supplies allowing it to be installed in most commercial kitchens.

- Heavy duty Nickel coated baskets
- Top fitted with "foaming area" and anti drip edges
- Thermostatically controlled up to +190°C with safety thermostat set at +230°C
- Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements
- The heating elements lift upwards allowing easy access to the fry tank for cleaning
- Stainless steel fry tank
- Has a large cool zone, which extends oil life
- Stainless steel exterior to door, front facia and basket hanging rail
- Supplied with Lid and wire mesh chromed collector grid
