This Chefsrange DF28L-2 is a High output Twin tank electric fryer ideal for high volume operators.

- Heavy duty Nickel coated baskets
- 2 Baskets are supplied
- Top fitted with "foaming area" and anti drip edges
- Fitted with 2 timers with audible alarm
- Thermostatically controlled upto +190°C with safety thermostat set at +230°C
- Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements
- The heating elements lift upwards allowing easy access to the fry tank for cleaning
- Stainless steel fry tank
- Has a large cool zone, which extends oil life
- Stainless steel exterior to door, front facia and basket hanging rail
- Supplied with Lid and wire mesh chromed collector grid
