Chefsrange EGG24S is a Heavy duty compact counter top gas griddle, with low profile design. The 5/8" griddle plate retains heat allowing higher output, whilst the manual control gas valve allows fast heat recovery.
- Manual gas control valve with variable flame setting allows fast heat up and recovery time
- 2 Independently controlled Stainless steel U shape burners
- U Shape burners have a power of 8.8kw each (30,000 btu's)
- 5/8" thick smooth griddle plate retains heat allowing higher output
- W590mm x D450mm grilling area
- Fitted with piezo ignition to each burner
- Front grease collection trough is 3.0" wide
- Supplied with large removable stainless steel grease collection tray
- 2.5" High splashguard to 3 sides
- Stainless steel front and landing edge
- Supplied with height adjustable chrome legs as standard, which allows for easy cleaning underneath
- Supplied set for Natural gas, but can be LPG set where an conversion kit is needed (A gas governor must be fitted, which is not supplied) <
