The Chefsrange GF150 single tank gas fryer, is a high output 5 burner fryer with 150,000 btu's output, which is ideal for fast food operations as well as other operators needing quick recovery times.
- Single tank tube fired gas fryer with high output
- Oil capacity is 22 Litres
- Stainless steel fry tank
- Supplied with 2 baskets each being 195 x 320mm
- 5 x Vertical cast iron burner each 30,000 Btu's
- Tube fired with inner flame baffle provides fast heat recovery
- +93°C to +195'C Temperature range
- Fitted with high limit safety stat (232'C)
- Millivolt controls require no electrical feed
- Continuous pilot with safety thermocouple for quick and safe lighting of the burners
- Stainless steel exterior door, front facia, and rear flue
- Supplied with large sloped cool zone, which extends oil life and eases emptying
- Fitted with large 1-1/4" drain off valve - prevents blockages
- Supplied with cleaning brush and and drain rod
- Fitted with height adjustable legs
- Set for Natural Gas as standard, but can be chnaged to LPG with the conversion kit supplied
