The DC DC155A Modular Classic Icemaker is constructed using catering grade stainless steel for added strength and hygiene.
Additionally, using the latest spray technology, water is sprayed into ice moulds at subzero temperatures, building up layer upon layer of dense, crystalline ice.

- Produces solid cubes of crystalline ice that cool quickly and melt slowly
