The DP35-EK pizza dough press machine from Diamond is a high production pizza press capable of an impressive 400 pizza bases per hour.
With heated, rounded plates the DP35-EK takes a ball of dough and forms a perfect base with uniform peripheral boarder every time.
The production process is made even easier with a large space between the plates making viewing easier.
