The Diamond Profi Line GTP-3/LD is a 3 x GN 1/1 capacity compact blast chiller which can produce 8kg per cycle, from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes.
Constructed from stainless steel (galvanised steel back), with a rounded corners and stamped interior with drain cap.
