The KEB-E80 electric gyros kebab grill from Diamond is a durable and heavy duty grill made from high grade stainless steel. The design is very flexible featuring adjustable cooking height / broiler zone, as well as adjustable sliding zone to allow the spit to be moved closer to the grill.
The KEB-E80 is a well built kebab grill ideal for any style of kebab cooking, ready to use with one complete spit included.
Diamond KEB-E80 Kebab Grill Features:
• Meat capacity 40 to 55 kg, spit height 800 mm.• Made in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Broiler zone individualy adjustable just to adapt cooking height.
• Sliding zone mounted on 4 ball bearings to adapt it to the meat thickness.
• Spit easely mounted due to a simple mechanical item.
• Long life : The spit base is fully hermetic so that the electric engine is protected against grease or gravy ,mounted on ball bearings it support easely weight of the meat and shocks. Is protected from distorsion.
• Easy Maintenance: moulded juice receiver,equiped with punched gridlle and removable drawer.
• Electrical type: regulation by switches, heating by armoured elements treated "incoloy" Fitted with warmkeeping stones.
• Delivered with : 1 complete spit with disc and pin.
