The MCV/2 refrigerated whipped cream machine from Diamond is ideally suited for coffee bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants and buffets where high quality whipped cream is a selling point. The whipped cream is kept at the ideal temperature of 4°C to stop separation and dispensed at the ideal consistency at 100 litres per hour.
