The P42/X pizza roller from Diamond is the ideal unit to speed and simplify your pizza production. With dual rollers meaning you simply place a lightly floured ball in the opening at the top, it is then passed through the first roller, then rotated by the rocker-arm, and then passes through the second set of rollers - the result is a circular base of dough ready for toppings.
The thickness of the pizza is adjustable (260 to 400 mm) as is the size of the base produced, by the weight of dough inserted (210 to 600 grams).
Pizza rolling machines do not need specialised staff and take moments to produce a perfect pizza base, saving you time and money.
