Each of the boards is made from low density polyethylene (LDPE) - a lightweight plastic material that's easy to handle and simple to clean. This makes the Hygiplas chopping boards ideal for use in commercial kitchens where an excellent level of hygiene is required.
The pack contains seven chopping boards that are instantly identifiable by colour for use with raw meat, raw fish, cooked meat, allergens, salad and fruit, baked goods and vegetables.
A handy wall chart is included for quick and easy identification. By keeping these food types separate, you'll ensure your kitchen is as safe and hygienic as possible.
