The blade can be identified as a vegetables only knife thanks to it's durable, dishwasher proof brown handle, helping you to reduce cross contamination in your kitchen and food prep areas for maximum hygiene.
The handle is also designed with an ergonomic construction that provides a comfortable feel within the hand and excellent grip when wet or dry - reducing the risk of workplace injuries.
