Produce high-quality ice at the touch of a button with the Ice-O-Matic Elevation ice machine. Thanks to its powerful cooling system, the Ice-O-Matic is able to produce up to 120kg of ice cubes per day. Not only does this cater to the demands of busy kitchens and bars, but is also ideal for producing ice to be served and used at a later date.
With the innovative dual exhaust system, hot air discharge goes from the side or top, meaning it's much easier to position the ice maker exactly where it's needed. Cleaning is effortless too, as the BPA-free plastic food zone can easily be removed and added to your dishwasher cycle - providing fast and thorough cleaning. Plus, one-touch descaling and sanitising makes maintenance even easier - requiring minimal effort to keep the ice machine clean and hygienic.
Additionally, the ice machine includes a modular storage bin that is able to hygienically house up to 160kg of fresh ice, allowing you to prep for busy services ahead of time.
