The Interlevin Italia Range EVO602 HOT is an updated model from the original EVO600 HOT.
A 4 tier hot display case with individually illuminated glass shelves making an excellent display of your produce. Rear sliding doors enables easy access for serving. The cabinet is fully automatic and is fan assisted to ensure reliable even heat throughout the whole cabinet. The curved front glass hinges forwards for ease of cleaning. The glass on the unit comes pre-built, you will just need to put the shelves in place when installing.
