The Lincat CIBO/C Counter-Top Champagne Glass Front High Speed Oven is an innovative fast oven which produces a wide range of perfectly-cooked food in less than three minutes, able to cook, toast and reheat multiple fresh and frozen foods.
Equipped with a patent-pending combination of three different heat sources - convection, grill and a heated base - to deliver fast results, as well as being packaged into a space-saving and compact shape that operates from a 13-amp Plug and is ventless, eliminating the need for costly ventilation allowing it to be suitable for a wide variety of cafés, bars, restaurants and quick-serve outlets such as event and mobile catering.
Inclusive Accessories include: Paddle, Baking Sheet, USB Stick, Wire Rack & Teflon Sheet.
Optional Accessories include: Wall Bracket & Stacking Kit.
