The Lincat GS4 Silverlink 600 Electric Counter-Top Griddle is equipped with a hard-wearing 12mm thick steel plate which provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, the griddle is thermostatically controlled in order to give accurate temperature during the cooking process for consistent results.
