Constructed from high quality stainless steel and equipped with a heavy duty basket, batter plate and lid as well as thermostatic control to ensure constant results with each usage.
Making cleaning and maintenance easy is a key consideration with all foodservice equipment, this model is designed to prevent dirt or grease traps, built with removable tanks and fryer head with safety locator cut outs to ensure the appliance cannot be used unless correctly re-assembled.
