Made from a strong cast aluminium with a stainless steel base, the dish can be used on all heat sources. Whether that's directly on a gas, electric or induction hob, or straight in the oven - the casserole dish has the flexibility to let you cook just as you like.
With its generous 5 litre capacity, the dish is the perfect size for a large family meal, as well as being suitable for self-service or assisted service catering such as carveries, buffets or all-you-can-eat restaurants. And thanks to the lightweight design and durable handles, it's safe and easy to transfer the dish between cooking and service areas - no need to transfer the contents to a different GN pan or dish.
