The Essentials bain marie is the perfect solution for keeping pre-cooked food warm and ready to serve for extended periods.
Ideal for both front and back of house use, the bain marie is both stylish and easy to use. Simply add water to the internal pan, allow to heat up and then place your gastronorm pans over the top (sold separately). Gentle wet heating keeps food warm without burning or drying out. And once you're all done, the whole unit is easy to drain down and clean. Includes built-in boil-dry safety protection.
