Safely cover your full size 1/1 gastronorm trays with the Nisbets Essentials polypropylene gastronorm lid.
Designed to fit securely over most full size GN trays, the lid helps you to keep the contents of the tray safely stored for longer - whether that's ambient, chilled or even in the freezer. Covering food with this lid helps to reduce cross-contamination and also allows for the GN tray to be stacked to save space too.
The lid is made from a durable polypropylene material, which is not only long-lasting and easy to clean, it's see-through too, making it easy to monitor the contents without losing heat or exposing them to outside conditions.
