With its patented Solstice burner technology, the Pitco provides impressive temperature recovery, allowing you to quickly cook a wide variety of foods, one after another. By reducing cooking times, there's less time for oil to be absorbed into the food, leading to crispier, better tasting dishes. The Solstice design also helps to reduce the flue temperature, promoting a more comfortable working environment.
