The Scotsman AF 156 Self Contained Ice Flaker produces flaked ice that is perfect for storing fish or use in laboratories.
It is equipped with electronically controlled operation along with self-diagnostic functions with external alarm lights which provide operational information for early alert and fast diagnosis of operating issues.
We recommend the Scotsman HF40-S Water Filter accessory with this unit, which comes complete with head, adaptors and scale inhibitor, to ensure a long lifetime for the unit and less chance of it breaking down.
