The Scotsman MFN 88 Modular Nugget Ice Maker produces Nugget Ice, which is made in a strengthened alloy, allowing for greater extrusion pressure to deliver a dryer-quality of nugget ice (92% dry).
We recommend the Scotsman HF90-S Water Filter accessory with this unit, which comes complete with head, adapters and scale inhibitor, to ensure a long lifetime for the unit and less chance of it breaking down.
