The Valentine EVO2200 400mm Twin Pan Fryer features a set of twin fry tanks pressed from a single piece of Stainless Steel, it is a smooth, rounded and easy to clean profile.
It is designed with a small cool zone which allows it to take less oil in order to fill the fryer but with the same output as previous models, costing you less over time due to needing less oil to fill it and less to heat, reducing life-costs on owning this Valentine unit.
