The Valentine TF77 Table Top Twin Pan Fryer is a high quality, Swiss made unit that is suitable for a wide range of low to medium commercial usage. it has a selection of safety features including a safety thermostat, reset button and three part construction.
The Fryer is made completely out of Stainless Steel, the unit's tanks is pressed from a single piece of metal. The removal of welding, coupled with rounded corners helps to improve the safety, usability and general look of the unit.
Two models are available in this series:
The TF77 which is Single Phase / 2 x 13amp
The TF77 T which is Three Phase / 2 x 11.5amp
