With the Victorinox V-shape sharpener you can easily maintain and restore your kitchen knives. Ergonomically designed for the safest possible handling, this versatile, user-friendly tool allows you to effortlessly sharpen both straight and serrated blades. Its sharpening mechanism consists of small V-shaped plates formed of carbide metal, which have been placed at an optimal angle inside the design's outer structure. Simply run your knife through the plates, following the natural angle of the blade. In just a few quick passes, you'll notice a significant difference in the sharpness and cutting ability of your knives. For safety, the Victorinox V-shape sharpener is fitted with a guard that prevents your fingers from slipping onto the blade.
