A 25.4mm thick, cast-iron cooking plate heats up quickly and maintains its temperature all day long, whilst the adjustable thermostat, from 137°C to 299°C, gives you tremendous flexibility to create amazing signature dishes. A durable stainless steel base with heat-resistant carrying handle makes it easy to transport, so you can use the crepe maker almost anywhere it's needed.
