The Foster XR35 Xtra Blast Chiller offers customers the perfect solution for sites where volume chilling is required but with only a standard blast chill feature required.
Designed to hold gastro 1/1 pans and capable of taking 30kgs of food product from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, the XR35 blast chilling unit is the perfect solution for sites needing volume chilling.
