Introducing the Metcalfe GSD Heavy Duty Cheese Grater, a professional marvel offering exceptional performance, grating up to 70kg of cheese per hour. Engineered with a specialised steel roll and safeguarded by a stainless steel grid, ensuring utmost safety during operation.
Specifically designed for HARD cheeses (e.g., pecorino, parmesan), bread, nuts, and biscuits, the Metcalfe GSD is equipped with a ventilated motor featuring a heat sensor and on/off switch protection with a waterproof rubber cover. The plastic base protection prevents moisture from affecting the motor and electrics, guaranteeing longevity and reliability.
Metcalfe GSD Heavy Duty Cheese Grater Features:
- Professional cheese grater offering excellent performance with an output of up to 50kg of grated cheese per hour
- The grater has a special steel roll and is protected with a stainless steel grid to avoid contact with moving parts
- An interlock is assembled on the cheese pressing handle; it is started when the cheese load safety threshold is exceeded to avoid contact with the moving cutting part
- Only suitable for grating HARD cheese (e.g. pecorino and parmesan), bread, nuts and biscuits
- Ventilated motor with heat sensor
- On/off switch protection with waterproof rubber cover
- Plastic base protection to prevent moisture entering the motor and electrics
