The Metcalfe SM7 Planetary Mixer is a 7 litre professional gear driven planetary mixer that comes complete with a beater, whisk, dough hook and 7ltr stainless steel removable bowl.
The Metcalfe SM7 is ideal for the preparation of light dough, pastry cream, sauces, eggs and mashed potato. The head lifts for easy bowl and tool removal, allowing for easy cleaning and access to the inside.
