Robot CL50 GOURMET Vegetable Preparation Machine Features:
Seven exclusive cuts: Four waffle sizes and three brunoise sizes.
Large hopper: To insert large vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce, onion, tomato and eggplant.
Precision: Ø 69 mm cylindrical feed tube for cutting long vegetables, equipped with an insert that holds and guides the fruit or vegetable while it is being cut.
Small quantities: Removable mini bowl to ensure easier cleaning when processing small amounts of brunoise vegetables. Capacity: 600 g potatoes 3x3x3 mm.
Wide variety of cuts: A large collection of 53 discs with high-precision sharpening for the highest quality cuts.
