The first obvious difference that anyone will notice between Commercial and Domestic equipment is the size. Commercial equipment is used for big kitchens, such as Restaurants, which require a lot of equipment support in order to meet their customers’ needs. Domestic, is the opposite of Commercial. Domestic equipment is used in small kitchens, such as your own house.

  • Check the thermostat regularly
  • Check the gasket regularly
  • Keep the chest freezer clean
  • Keep the freezer full
